Ephesians 3:20-21

Paul concludes his prayer reaching the very apex of existence. That is, the glory of God. Man's chief end is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. And that is what Paul is encouraging the Ephesians to do. He has spoken a great deal about God's work on the inner man and the work of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in the life of the Christian. For Paul, nothing else could be greater than glorifying God. He proceeds to glorify God by acknowledging His supremacy over all things. God is far greater than people in every time and every age. Therefore, what He does is far beyond any of us. To make God look even bigger, He will be glorified in every generation forever without end.
